Denise J. Serra
Ms. Serra is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (B.A.,
1974), and received her J.D. from Hastings College of the Law. She specializes
in construction defect defense and sexual harassment claims. She has authored
several articles in the area of employment litigation-often focusing on
sexual harassment and discrimination. Her work has been published by several
periodicals, ranging from the California Labor and Employment Law Quarterly
of the State Bar of California to the San Francisco Chronicle.
