Mr. Watt leads the firm’s appellate practice and handles complex commercial litigation at the trial court level. He handles appeals in all the state appellate courts, including the Supreme Court, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Watt is an adjunct professor of appellate advocacy at Hastings College of the Law and faculty coach of Hastings’ National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition team, National Champions in 2005. His law practice articles are frequently published in The Recorder and The Daily Journal. Mr. Watt is a graduate of California State University, Hayward (economics) and received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
