A graduate of Hasting College of the Law (J.D., 1972) and the University of California Santa Barbara (A.B., 1969), Mr. Fitzgerald was admitted to the California Bar in 1973. He is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the ADR Panel of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the Defense Research Institute, the Governmental Liability Committee of the Defense Research Institute and the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California. Mr. Fitzgerald makes professional presentations regularly and also served as a Trial Advocacy Lecturer for the John F. Kennedy University Law School from 1978-1981. |
