Mr. Clark is a native of Chicago and received his bachelor’s degree (l980) from the University of Northern Iowa (Financial Management) and his J.D. (1983) from Valparaiso University. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983. Mr. Clark has served as a Discovery Referee and Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court of Contra Costa County. He has specialized training and experience in mediation and arbitration, and has served as an ADR panel member in Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano Counties. Mr. Clark is a member of the California State Bar and the Contra Costa County Bar Association. |
