Mr. Blechman received his J.D. (1998) from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, where he was awarded honors in Trial Advocacy and was also president of the ABA Law Student Division. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1998. Prior to law school, he received his B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from the California State University at San Diego (1995). He is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Blechman specializes in civil rights defense and personal injury litigation, and other areas of expertise, on behalf of public entities while practicing in most state jurisdictions in the Bay Area as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts. |
