Roger J. Brothers
Concentrating on general business, real estate and construction, Mr. Brothers
is a graduate of the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific
(J.D., 1984), and was accepted to the California Bar in 1985. He attended
California State University, Hayward, receiving his B.A. in 1980. He served
as a consultant, contributing to the C.E.B. “Action Guide: Handling
Public Works Remedies”, the C.E.B. “Stop Notices and Payment
Bonds”, the C.E.B. “Handling Mechanics’ Lien and Related
Remedies”, and the C.E.B. “Approaching Construction Disputes”.
Mr. Brothers has also authored business law articles, including, “Acting
as Counsel for Small Corporations” and “SOX Coming to a Privately
Held Corporation Near You?”. He is a member of the Contra Costa
Bar Association (the Corporate Counsel, Business Attorneys and Real Estate
Sections), the State Bar of California (Business, Real Estate Property
Law Sections), and is fluent in Spanish. |
