A graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (B.S., 1963) and Hastings College of Law, University of California (J.D., 1966), Mr. Houston has practiced law since 1966. He served as a Captain in the US Army, Sixth Armored Calvary from 1967-1969. Mr. Houston is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and a member of the Contra Costa County Superior Court Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Panel. |
